I like the photo and how it ties in with your book title, but since the color tones are all the same the bird does not really stand out. Everything sort of blends in together which is good sometimes but not necessarily when you have a real point of focus like the bird. All in all it is a good shot though and I gave you an above average mark.

This is the second time for me through my photos that I marked. I am taking a good look at your photo and I'm moving it up one mark from the above average one that I gave it originally. I like it very much. I like the mood that the background sets and I like the way you have the beach illuminated. To me it is a very good photo. Good work.

I like the picture but I'm not sure why. Like the background color. The trees stand out. Composition is very good. I think the thing that makes me uneasy is the cube. Can't tell you why but I look at it with suspicion even though I am reading right above me that the picture has been validated. I do like it though but just can't tell you why. I gave you an above average rating.

Like the photo and in this case I like the frame. I think without it the picture would be a little flat. The red of the parachute is great and I like the composition. Do I dare ask where you were when you took this. LOL

This looks like my favorite spot on the Cape but I'm sure it's not. I like the picture a lot. My only comment would be to try and get it a little sharper next time. By the way on my monitor the sky looks very strange. Almost like you drew it on there with flat brush strokes. I don't think I've ever seen a sky like that.

I like the picture and the yellow line certainly draws one into the scene. My only comment would be that if the sky had cooperated with you the scene would have looked a little better, but all in all a good job.

While this might be a great book and your picture portrays that title, I don\'t think it is a good shot. The fire hydrant is over exposed, nothing in the picture is sharp, and all in all there is nothing in this shot that is appealing.
