I love the title :) This is sadly a thing of the past. Living in a small town it was the only way things use to be. The drugist would be happy to give you a few meds on your out of date/ no refill prescription on a weekend until you could see your doctor on Monday. Now new chain drug stores are filling every corner. This fits the challenge to a "T" . GREAT angle and composition. Good luck !
