Sun Kissed, Vine Ripened, Home Grown Tomatoesby scarbrdComment: I thought this shot was brilliant. Using the sun to backlight and produce the halos around the fruit, and still getting the right amount of light on the subject, wow. And then to get it all sharp, nice job. |

visible minorityby rstoskyComment: Actually I painted this photo with my SB800. At f/29 and a 30 sec shutter speed, the bottles in this image are really focus, however they appear to be blurry. If you were to zoom in on the original RAW file, you would see a glow or halo around them (very weird). Think I'm going to have to play around with this affect. If anyone can tell me what has caused the "glow", I'd greatly appreciate it. (nothing moved over the 30 seconds, the camera was on a tripod, the SB800 never fired when the mirror was in the process of opening/closing, so the mirror movement should not have caused the blur and the objects in the set were not moving at all)
BTW, thanks for all of the comments
