hahaha sorry, completely forgot.
Saw the challenge announcement the minute it came out, was super stoked about it.

Thought about what I should do all week and decided on the inception bathtub scene.
Problem is, no one has a bathtub with open walls on each end for the chair.
well... i am in college... good will hunting! Was gonna do it in the history building that looks like the hallway in the movie.

Dismissed it and remember 20 minutes before it was due. Sprinted to my buddies dorm, gel'd his hair, hung my reflector on the wall, handheld a speedlight and took some pictures. got it on my computer 10 minutes before the deadline, got it edited and posted 5 before.

Speediest shoot i've ever done.
Thanks to Zane for his excellent modeling. He really does look like Matt.

Post-editing? Don't quite remember... probably some hue/saturation, brightness contrast, unsharp mask... the regulars.

Thanks guy, didn't think it would make top 10. One of my personal favorites.

One word describes this image for me: Balanced.

Simple yet elegant in the details. Love it. Could easily be a great stock image.

The one complaint that I have, and if I had voted I think it would have brought me down a point, is that the far left fork is a little bit higher than the one to the right. Kind of hurts the composition IMO.

In any case, you deserve the yellow. Excellent photo.

I want to give this a 9 or 10 soooo bad, but I can't knowing that almost this exact picture has already won a challenge. The only reason I'm giving this a 8 is simply because of repetition.
