The Seasoned Entertainerby rob_smithComment: I like the main subject of this, but I think a tighter crop might have changed the feelings that one gets from this. I see a bored audience not paying attention to the entertainer, but a tighter crop along the bottom and right side would truly highlight the entertainer, and make this a more enjoyable image (at least for me). However, perhaps you intentionally left the audience, in which case "The Ignored Entertainer" might be more telling. |

Timelessby PhotoDaveComment: I like this image, but it would have been so much better for me if you could have found an angle that removed the pickukp truck from blending into the hood of the main subject. |

Old Schoolby TeeCeeJayComment: I like the concept of this image, but the out of focus (or soft focus) is distracting to me in a composition that I think would look better in focus. Possible a DOF issue, as it seems that the focus point is in front of the camera lends by a couple of inches. I think this would have been more effective if the front of the lens where the focus point. |

Days Gone Byby got2bgutsyComment: I like this image, but the houses in the background take away from the illusion of "Days Gone By". A close crop would fix the one on the right, bu the ones on the left are problematic. |

Tai Chi Sword Playby JuliBocComment: I like this image (the colors, saturation), but the blown out background is very distracting |

Tools of the Tradeby fantomfotoComment: Great image...just wondering why spot color? To me, I think the syringe/pills bring this old time flavor image into the present just fine. A solid 8. |

Peach Bouquetby idnicComment: This is a gorgeous image, but I fear that many will see the slight colors still in the image (ie, the greens in the bouquet) and not consider it a true "sepia" image even though it has a light sepia cast. |

Womanby asdisyrComment: Depending on monitoring settings, folks may or may not like this one. I first voted it very low, but upon re-examination on a different system, I see the sepia and the image much better. On a dark monitor, this one is tough to figure out. |

A Rose is a Rose is a Rose is a Roseby tennernieComment: I really like this image, and at first I scored it very low because it initially came across to me as a gray scale image, not sepia. However, after looking at all the images on three different systems, I do see the sepia, however lightly applied. I fear that your image may not fare well if others feel it is B/W or gray scale, rather than sepia. |
