To Make an Omelet...by klkitchensComment: I would've cloned out the dusties (especially whatever is coming off the cracked egg), but otherwise this is an excellent shot (I almost used "eggcellent", but I have a feeling that joke has probably already been made somewhere in the challenge. :P).
Did you notice that if you look only at the top egg, it looks kind of like a picture of the moon? |

Change in seasonsby MelethiaComment: Those are some beautiful leaves. They contrast really well, and most certainly meet the challenge. Some parts are OOF, which some might complain about, but I think it adds to the character of the photograph. This is one of my favorites so far. |

Bondage Before Freedomby limerickComment: This certainly meets the challenge! Though I feel like the lighting or the background being changed a little could have made this more interesting. |

Orange/Juiceby h2Comment: This is very bright and fun. :) I probably would've removed the red and white cloth and the knife, though. My eye was drawn to those right away in stead of being immediately drawn to the orange subjects. |

old pier, new pierby halopesComment: I'm assuming that's the "new pier" in the background? I probably wouldn't have figured that out without the title.. Good shot and an interesting take on the challenge, but it just doesn't quite do it for me personally. |

Before and after bite by OddBall7Comment: This makes me hungry for pretzels. haha Cute picture and set up. Conveys the challenge well. The crumbs from "the bite" are entertaining; If someone eats one pretzel that messily, what do they look like after a whole bag? :P |

Cheers!by bassboneComment: A couple of problems I find with this photograph: The way the Jameson bottle is cut off, and the table cloth. The cloth makes things too busy; Something simpler would've worked better, IMHO. And the cut of the Jameson bottle just looks so odd to me. Either a higher crop so we can see the whole bottle, or maybe laying it on its side, would've made it better. |

Recyling: Before, After, After, After, ...by bobnospumComment: Without the title, this doesn't say B&A to me at all. With the title, it seems like too much of a stretch. I also would like to see a better composition on it. The cans being cut out of the frame (particularly the edge of the Dr Pepper can being cut) is bothersome to me. The picture is very colorful and clear though. I especially like the Rockstar can; it catches the light really well. |
