amanda001by DevinderComment: Lovely lady. Great lighting. Love the B&W. I like the way the skirt flows around the model. The model's pose seems a bit strained and perhaps the leaves growing out of the models chin is a bit unfortunate. However, the thumbnail was so good I had to look at the full sized photo.
Nice work. |

Between Candlesby chanserComment: Wonderful shot. It reminds me a quote from the wonderful movie Calendar Girls: A while ago I asked John Clarke to give us a talk here at Knapely WI. Annie asked me to read it to you here tonight, and this is what he wrote: "The flowers of Yorkshire are like the women of Yorkshire. Every stage of their growth has its own beauty, but the last phase is always the most glorious. Then very quickly they all go to seed."
This shot and model are definately in the "most glorious" stage.
Lovely. Simply lovely |

20110305_Jamieby PaulFrocchiComment: I browse recently uploaded and commented upon photos. There are some for which the thumbnail jumps off the page. This is one of them.
I second all the things that ubique said and only wish I had the gumpshun to let go of hard and fast rules.
Lovely shot. |

A Slow Unraveling by markwileyComment: This is a great shot IMNSHO; not only from a philosophical, but from artistic and technical standpoints. I am not sure what you did in Photoshoppe. It looks like a real sweater that you had, perhaps tailored, with the word. The unraveling threads even have the blue and red. I just love it. (Nice tummy as well.)

Joyeuses Fêtesby bohemkaComment: Wonderful shot. It was my first trip to Germany some 45 years ago that I could help but feel the little German towns were actually sets made by US film companies. This shot reminds me of that happy time.
Absolutely lovely. |
