A tad too grainy in the sky, use something like neat image to bring down the noise. Good contrast in the colors from the tree to the church. Although with the placement of the palm tree, blocking the steeple, makes you have to look a couple of times to make sure it is a church, maybe try a different angle. Is that the moon in the sky or just a large artifact?

Meets the challenge, but perspective makes me not really like the photo. Background/sky seem over exposed and banner to the right distracts from the subject.

Making it B&W causes my eye to travel up to the bright spot/large tree branch in the upper right corner and right on out of the picture.

Seems a bit oversharpened, also would like to see more recognizable objects, as the only thing I know what it is, is the screw. So nothing makes me really want to look at the picture. Just some stuff from a junk drawer (IMO).

I'm guessing it is a swimming pool, a little more clarity on the pool would emphasize it's location as being out of place. Other than that, the Duck is good, only way better would be done Peking style :-)
