Abstract Liquid Art (Food Coloring On Milk)by GolferDDSComment: Wow! Wow! I joined this site to extend my photographic technique. I've seen so many interesting ideas in these past few days that I'm simply invigorated. I've also seen interesting ideas turn into boring pictures. Not here, I love it. Well done. |

Opposite reactionby BJComment: I suppose my reaction's opposite to what you want. I don't see the point of this shot. |

Sizzling Butterby StevePaxComment: I like the imagination here. It reminds me of an Ansel Adams beach shot, only done with butter. Good, crisp details. What were you cooking? |

My Goodness My Guinnessby AleciaComment: Nicely done - I like the completeness of the text on the head, good camera angle chosen. Just one point, though. I'm aware that (properly draughted) Guiness is legendary for its stillness due to its thick consistency. The glass has been titled, to allow the text to reflect onto the head, but there's no other sign of that. Just a point that niggles me. |

Lick Quidby Wraith RavenscroftComment: Ha ha, bleedin' funny ha ha. Did you wash that coin before making the shot? I hope so considering how many people have touched it. |

Drop of Honey by JackoComment: I like this, it would make a great postcard. Pity about the tiny blimp on the bubble itself. |

Ink Blotby justineComment: I came to this photo because the thumbnail promised a lovely sense of confusion and mess. Upon seeing the full image, though, I feel that the planning is too evident, no-one would put lovely, old pens on ink blots deliberately. I was hoping to see the result of an accidental spill. The low mark I'm giving, therefore, probably reflects my own disappointment as much as anything else. |
