Nice capture, and very good pose you got him in, almost like he's enjoying his photo op! It's an interesting one, but the few things I think could be improved upon are that it is slightly overexposed, so the bird's head is blown out. I also would have left a little bit more space on the left side of the bird. The left-leaning composition makes the image appear, well, left-leaning, and makes it feel somewhat unbalanced.

Nice composition, but I feel that the b&w treatment is a little drab, like it needs some drama in the sky, or maybe just more contrast in general. Maybe a slight colour tint would look look nice too..

Very cute. It is well-composed and has a nice DOF. In post, I would have deepened the black point a little using levels, but it's just my taste.
