Waste not one biteby bloodhoundphotoComment: Very emotionally striking and well-captured image, but I don't see the pollution link very much (unless that armadillo was killed by pollution, but it rather appears to be hit by a car.) |

Paying The Priceby toddgrayComment: I'm not quite sure I understand the title, as that turkey vulture or whatever it is seems to be enjoying the pollution thoroughly, but it is a very nice and well-captured image! |

Black Powderby rkligmanComment: You caught a good moment there, nice job. I like how green and healthy the grass looks, illustrating how humans have always sullied our beautiful world. |

The Factoryby XMountaineerComment: Interesting how the scale is difficult to see until you see that semi in the middle. The compression of the scene gives it a surreal feel. Also the combination of warm and cool colours is eye-catching. Nice job. |

Lung Pollution by timfythetooComment: Cool. The smoke reminds me of the big ghost from "Poltergeist". Good job blocking out all the surrounding light. |

The Future?by cptpolandComment: Excellent. Looks so science-fictiony. I love how the top and bottom are light and frame the dark subject. |

Stop Poisoning Our Lakesby brad177Comment: The image of a dead bird is not especially appealing to me, but it is a powerful message about pollution. That said, I wish that you had removed the stick on the right and the rock in the lower left. That stick is really distracting. Also if you had tried some different angles (not that you didn't), you may have found a more interesting composition besides dead centre (no pun;). The way the bird's head is tucked under its wing creates some extra emotional impact IMO. |
