Doesn't convey motion to me. My initial thought was that he is stopped and you took the photo with a shallow DOF. Like the colors, it's good photo, but not so much if you are trying to show panning.

What a strange and unique effect. The background definitely conveys motion. Would like to see the guy in green a walking into the photo as opposed to out of it. Still can't figure out what the purple lines are and why they are at knee level.

Certainly conveys motion but would be so much better if the body of the bird was in focus. My initial thought was that this looks like a failed attempt at panning.

Great photo, really conveys speed. I like that her face is sharp, that she has room to move into the photograph and the yellow sign adds a nice splash of color. Well done.

Nice color and lighting, The panning doesn't really convey motion to me, it just looks like a photo taken with a shallow DOF. You can tell that there was some lateral movement but it's not pronounced enough

Like how sharp the boy's face is. Panning really conveys motion. I like the positioning so there is room for him to move into the photo. My initial reaction was that he was moving backwards, and after looking more closely I decided that I couldn't tell. I think the pole of the swing really detracts from an otherwise well done photo.

This doesn't work for me as an example of panning because it just looks like you used a shallow DOF to blur the background. Would be better if there was a little more apparent motion in the subject.

Nice pan, I like how sharp the car is. Would like it better if the car was a little further to the left of the photo so it had more room to drive into the photo.
