Clever title! I think that this would have been better if the part of the sky where the wire shows was cropped out. I know thats where a lot of the grey smoggy stuff is but i think that tower of smoke is aenough pollution to make this photograph work. I love the lighting and reflection and I'm glad the foreground is so dark, that way it doesn't distract from your subject and shows where the emphasis is clearly.

That's what i always thought they were when i was a youngin. Great angle and use of negative space. I also like the range of values you were able to get out of the "clouds".

Really nice shot, I would suggest cropping out a little bit of the blue part of the sky, (just where the clouds end) Otherwise great colors composition, and horizontal lines. That yellow hue really says "pollution" to me so great photograph!

Love the black & white medium, just a little too light for my taste. The long leading line of the smog and the mist over the water is beautiful! (until you remember what it is) Good contrast in the "clouds" luckey for you there were no actual clouds to interfere.

Clever photograph it is the most creative i have seen in this challenge. I like your use of negative space and the texture on the cig. looks so crumbly and nasty compared to the fluffy clouds so besides the contrasting textures the colors biege and blue seem to complement eachother so everything seems to be working in your favor.
