Domino!by Sigur7Comment: very cool shot, like the effort very much, shows some thought with the set up lighting and shooting. The front most dominos are a bit too bright and out of focus and you might have considered cropping in from both sides and presenting this in a vertical orientation, front want I can see you might have a strong image that way. Very good none the less. |

Inside the Pianoby MarjoComment: Nice abstract. Not sure but with the length piano wire and maybe in a macro setting it might have made more of a vanishing point type of pic starting at the right behind the back pins straight on and to the front or towards the action. This angle is vey nice and I like the curves you got, but I think your VP might have better if you had shot from the similar angle but closer to the tops of the strings. Not sure, But I always appreciate a good Piano shot and I like this a lot. |

Heros at Restby vtruanComment: understated and simple, like the dark front to the lighter middle area. Just the stone and the trees, no flowers, flags or anything else. Well seen and taken, good BW choice....Think this is the best of the Grave Yard shots. Good luck! Message edited by author 2004-08-18 01:00:40. |

Prarie Sunsetby ScantyNebulaComment: Great colors, don'like the frame much, maybe if it were a little thinner. The composition is very good as are the details. Very nice! Good Luck. |

9.77 Seconds to Gloryby FirstyComment: As I scroll down to comment I see that I like the abstractness of this very much with out any 'horizon' or in this case the buildings and the people in the background. very nice . Like the color and I like the bit of interruption of the color by the shadow. Adds some more interest to it for me. |

Up Into the Mistby peeceeComment: The frame gets lost in the brighness of the horizon and might have been done away with or a darker color chosen. The white sky is, as some told me once in the Deep DOF challenge, a "no no". Minimaliizing it with a crop in this image as is might have been a way to go. Not sure. The road is very interesting. I like its composition....I think if you had move some to your left that it might have enabled you to include in the foreground a bit more for continuity of it through out the image to its vanishing point. A very fine effort none the less. Good luck! |

All The Way To Plutoby flip89Comment: very nice, like the lines and the eventual vanishing of the city scape into the dark horizon. Nice choice of exposure. Not sure about all the dark buildings at the bottom and the two green structures at the lower right are a bit of a distraction. But what are you going to do...they're there. Very nice effort and I really like the deep DOF. Good luck! |

Good-Bye Sweet Momby SandyPComment: I think the frame on this is fine but the vignette I do not think was a good choice. The angle and the lines are very good as is the exposure, detail, perspective and DOF. |
