Great Photo. Very smart to leave the mother's face out of it as she dyes her hands. Intimacy displayed during an everyday moment, effortless. And pretty much straight from the camera, bravo!

Fantastic portrait. The expression in her eyes is great. I thought she was subdued by the pacifier, but after reading your commentary have gotten the real story. I really like the shallow DOF and tight crop. Bravo!

Thanks Barbara. This is a few minutes after I bought my new Nikon 18-200 lens today (so excited)! Don't think I wouldv'e gotten it with my 18-55.

Bravo bro...what I get out of it, besides the great perspective, is that it makes apparent the impersonal nature of commuting even though everyone is in such close proximity to each other. This can be extended to life in the city in general.

I also like the contrast of the unmoving building decaying away against the train wooshing by... The paint peeling off the walls adds much to the general feel.
