If you don't mind some advice. The patch tool may have helped with your silhouette issues. It takes a little bit of work to create clean lines around the people, but is well worth it. I had to use it to clean up the guy in my pic. He had moved about 2/3 of the way through the exposure.

I am amazed this picture didn't do better. I thought it would be in the top 10. The contrast is perfect and it captures the time of the day to a tee. Most of the members here must not know the simple joy of a coffee and a cigarette while trying to put your thoughts together first thing in the morning.
