Black and white simplifies and draws attention to key focus point... the eyes. I'm guessing there were some beautiful colors in the skin, hair and eyes but I like having to guess at them due to B&W. Nicely done.

This one REALLY caught my attention because the eye looks so worn and weathered with the veins in the eye, the redness on the lid and the wrinkled skin. I think I see 2-3 faces in the reflection, which adds a whole additional layer of interest. Focus and/or DoF isn't quite sharp enough but still a great shot.

Great depiction of old ways. Warm color, nice simple composition, side lighting works nicely. My only wish is that I could see a little more face to bring out a little more of the man, not just the weaving. Great shot!

Wow! I love this shot! Great angle and close-up, beautiful isolation of color (especially great if you stayed within basic editing rules), love the way the sneaker toes are pointed in and on top of each other. The legs are just enough to hint at legs but dimly lit such that they make you think. Awesome shot. 10!

Great color, crop and contrast. Interesting car. I get the feeling of it without seeing the whole thing. Great reflections on the hood of the car and on the bumber. The texture of the ground is an interesting contrast with the smooth and shiny car. Contrast looks slightly oversharpened or a bit too harsh (I like it but it feels like it may be just a bit too much).

I like how you put the camera in context. Nice even lighting. Background is nice and simple. Overall image looks slightly flat. I think I would give it a little more darks.
