Hobbes - with adults presentby signal2noiseComment: A little contrived for me. I like the textures and the contrast of wood, brick and plaster. Hobbes doesn't really add much to the shot. It got me thinking about having to sit in the corner for bad behavior. |

The childs playgroundby gillimannComment: I love the idea of a dreamy, fuzzy memory shot (was it with a Lens Baby?). The subject, however, doesn't seem like something that would be that fuzzy memory. In other words, I don't think this would be an image that stands out in my mind. Maybe it would be something like Grandma's house or a favorite toy or something. Anyway, great idea, nice color, cool dreamy technique, still a cool subject and fun to look at and figure out. 8 |

To Be Continuedby libertyComment: Ah yes! Definitely a childhood memory! I like the close crop and choice to focus on just the dice. |

Yellow Heroin No. 3 (On the nod)by pawdrixComment: Interesting shot. I like that the color yellow isn't in the shot, although I don't think the title should have to explain it. So... I like the shot but the image itself doesn't make me think yellow. Refreshing to see out of the box thinking. |

Cherubic Taylorby SpongetoastComment: I don't actually see any yellow, other than the brown petals that were once yellow. I like that aspect of this shot. Yellow doesn't have to scream at you... it's obvious that this flower was bright yellow in it's day. |

Yellow at 12,000 Ftby CwcookiiiComment: Unique shot to have the sun over the clouds. Thee clouds get a little washed out due to the brightness of the sun. It would be great if there was a way to see more texture and definition in them (not sure how to do it). The whole sky looks yellow which makes me think you shifted the colors to emphasize yellow. If so, I think I'd prefer it more realistic and less yellow. |

Lellow Yego!by jonfrommkComment: I like that you were able to fill the entire frame with yellow. The yellow color is a bit softer than the yellows in other pictures. I think that's because you didn't crank up the saturation like many others did. I like it as is with that gentle color, gentle lighting. Nice sharp focus on the center lego. Might have been nice to move that center lego off center just so it's not smack down the middle. |

Melting Goldby gitawayComment: Interesting pattern and lighting. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to focus on but that's okay. Could focus be any sharper? |
