Another letterbox aspect ratio - not sure about that. Interesting horizontal bar of light, emphasising hand and eyes. Think I might have tried to move the checked materail (curtain?) which distracts slightly.

This is a lovely photo, definitely one to keep for the family album. Nicely lit, I guess with available light, butt still highlighting the hair which adds some movement to the picture. Slightly shallower DoF might have reduced the background more but it doesn't matter. very nice.

Yes, I'm puzzled - can't work it out - why two images? The portrait itself, inside the monitors, is quite good, especially the one on our left.

What a great idea - great subject! The lighting and focus are good but , for me,the frame keeps taking my eye away from the subject. Pity, because otherwise this is a great submission.

This is a lovely portrait - like the style, the black background, the highlighted hair (great colour), the skin tones. I would love to see some more shots from the shoot - perhaps some less symmetrical and perhaps more relaxed? My subject had and has very limited patience and getting her to relax was not one of my strong points!

A very clever reprise; all the great artists "borrowed" occasionally. Nicely lit, lovely clear focus and a well controlled background. I like the slightly noisy skin texture and assume that it was deliberate. The edge to the dress on the left is a little hard, maybe PS'd or maybe that was how it photographed but it is a great shot.

I have seen that pose before, boys too! Nice soft and gentle light, good detail in the shadow, love the highlights in the hair, gentle focus too - very nice!

Had to think about this for a moment. Interesting study of light and stone, would only work in black and white. Not really to my taste - sorry.
