This is a gorgeous portrait, beautifully controlled lighting and DoF. The skin tones are so smooth - I will be interested to see what PS tools you used, if any! Attractive crop to complete a great composition. One of the best.

Great pose, nicely lit hair and eyes. Perhaps a reflector (even some white card) placed where the model is looking, would have lifted the shadow on the neck a little.
