The Perfect Pearby rinacComment: I don't understand the measuring tape in this image (weight loss?) but I love the contrasting red of the background and the green of the pear |

Fresh Mango & Mahi Mahi !by Noel_ZHComment: Great presentation! I used to plate food at a fine dining restaurant (summer job), and this is a real piece of art that you've accomplished. I would like to see the entire mango strip within the depth of focus. |

Water, healthy water! (STOP drinking soda)by ahmedelphiComment: Oh man, I couldn't agree more with this message. I think the water drop itself is pretty boring, but the play of the background colors and the refractions of those colors in the water makes this a real visual treat--7 |

STORMFRONT LAYERSby hotpastaComment: Fantastic range of tones in this image. I love the clouds, but the rest of the image is gorgeous as well. I also dig how this looks like a print made with the platnum process...i wish I could capture and post process this well.--10 |

Man or Ghost?by jmleliiComment: nice cyanotype. well, not really a cyanotype because it's digital, but i digress...
it's an effective image, but if the man where whispy-er then the question you pose as your title would be more effective. |

Where do you think your going?by Dirt_DiverComment: I like this shot. It would work better if the gun was in focus, and the man was either out of focus or just fading out of the plane of sharpness. Right now, it conflicts with the 'language' of having a gun pointed at you--the man is interesting, but the gun is what matters! |

A Visit to the Botanical Gardenby bjoernComment: The top right corner of the image is pretty distracting. foreground bokeh doesn't really work on the vertical plane; especially with the current composition (its right next to the subject, and draws my eyes away to the edge) |
