The Dividerby arron_christensenComment: This works very well for the challenge, and overall I like the image...but you've got something on the right edge. It almost looks like a little white triangle. Not terribly significant, but something to fix--7 |

Beam Me Aboardby vtruanComment: I can see a lot of grain in the sky...that always happens to me when I incorrecly expose, and run the image through a bunch of algorithms to get the 'proper' exposure.
That said, I like the concept and the composition even if the technicals fell a little short--6 |

Legendary Giantby gocComment: I really want one of these! I have a Moskva-5 that always blows my mind when I finish developing the film it shoots, and I've heard great things about the 35mm Kiev's.
Also, you have some pretty good looking polaroids there. You should upload them so we can check them out :) |

I MISS MY RZby iyadrallyComment: I'm pretty sure Mamiya makes digital backs for this type of medium format camera. |

I am a Lomographer.by docpjvComment: Oh man, I have this four shot lomo that has a lagging shutter, which makes for some crazy double exposed frames. These things are fun.
If you still use this, I'd recommend buying this cheap, questionable chinese film called Shanghai so you don't feel guilty wasting nice film. |

Out to Pastureby pointandshootComment: Nice work with this. Is that a Kiev 35mm? The camera is a little too fuzzy for my taste, but maybe you were going for a 'dreamy' look.
On a different note, this scene (and the brownish warmtone whites) look great. Compositionally (spelling?), the tree on the far right could be cut out, but when an image looks this good, it's hard to want -less- eyecandy. --7 |

Petite Ensalade avec Fleursby IndigoButterflyComment: I'm going to disagree with alot of the previous comments and say that the shadow is great. It does a great job of anchoring the image and it rounds out the composition. However, if you're including it, it needs to have a crisper definition, or have a greater diffusion of contrast along the edges. This is an easy top ten if the depth of focus extended from the bottom of the image to the end of those parsley leaves in the back. For what it's worth, you got a 7 from me. |
