Yes, there are some technical problems in this photo (Noisy in spots), but it still should have scored much higher than 5.2!

Nice photo. I would have scored it higher if your sky wasn't so blown out. A bit of HDR and bracketing your images would have helped this.

Nice, but overall the photo looks blurry. It's a bit too contrasty for my liking as well... Very high whites, and very low blacks, but not much in between.
