Good context of long exposure here. Birds and debris on beach are sharp, water and the bird in the front are soft. 3-4 secs? |

Dark silhouette of the trees with exposure set for the moon means it could have been hand-held. A longer exposure could have given the clouds a blurred softness. |

You could almost put this right on the border of handheld or tripod. If you had exposed it for just a couple seconds longer then a tripod would definitely have been evident. I'm guessing this is right at about 1 sec. |

Extreme noise could mean that it was handheld with a high ISO. |

It appears that Tigger was pasted into the TV.(legality?) Nothing here really shows use of a tripod that hand-holding couldn't have accomplished. |

The water is so far away to see, but from this distance it could be a 1/2 sec exposure - could be done handheld. |
