I love the colors in this, the brown background really brings out the color of the bird. The textures are amazing here. The soft background, to the feathers of the bird, to the grass he/she is standing on. Great job.

Just looking at his "life lines" you can just imagine all of his different expressions, I can look at his face and see one expression, look away, and look again, and he has a completely different expression. Very lovely capture of someone who has lived a lifetime.

I really love the look on his face, like there is something that he just can't stop thinking about. I only wished that it wasn't so washed out, if there were just a bit more contrast between his arms/shoulders/head and the white background, just a little bit more. Otherwise, I really like the look and feel of this photo.

I love the colors in this, and the leaves in the water really have that "autumn" feeling. My only critique is that the crop on the right seems awkward. There is part of something there, but I'm not quite sure what it is. Overall though, I really enjoy this capture.

It makes me wonder what is beyond the bottom of the frame, he looks like he is getting ready to attack something down there! I also really like the fence in the picture, it is very refreshing from a flower or such. DOF is great, good variety of colors, just enough contrast between the fence and the spider to make him stand out. Good job!

What a beautiful capture! The mood in this reminds me that summer is over. You can see a little bit of snow in the mountains, and it looks like it is "getting" cold. The reflection on the pond is also just lovely. Really great entry!

I love this capture. He looks like he is very deep in thought. The colors are also very nice, the red hat and white shirt are very nice against the green background. My only critique would be the red in the border, I could do without it, but that is minor. Overall, I really like this, great job!
