Roark Bluff

There's a lack of scale in it, in my opinion. It's impossible to realize how bit it is or how much of the 1 mile we're seeing. Something in the foreground or close to the bluff to give a reference would make it much better. And the hills kind of dwarf it as well, I think.

But I like the colours of the bluff and the barren field. It leads the eye to the left from high right to lower left with a spendid range of change during the travel of the eye. And I like the way the sky sorts of reverse mirrors the bluff in size all the way.

Colours and reflection are brilliant. And what makes it so interesting is how the light reflects making it kond of surreal.

Week 1 is better in my opinon. The closer cut from above makes it stronger than this one where the focus shifts from the shadow play to the trees.

The painting is a coffee painting, that is, it's "painted" with coffee instead of oil or acryl etc.

Good symmertry and I really like how the reflection sort of breaks it up but yet not. And I agree with IndigoButterfly about the border. I generally dislike them but here they add to the photo.
