The image size is a bit small. Your lighting is off, too bright on the left side, bordering on getting dark on the right side, and there is too much shadow. Your subject has lost a lot of detail.

I like the idea. I don't really like the weave in the blue background. I would probably prefer this same thing with a solid background. Also, this seems like it may be a bit over processed (maybe too much sharpening or contrast?) The lighting is good....
