Coralby MousieComment: I wish this were closer so I could really see the actual texture of the coral. Being this far away, it actually looks like it could soft like the petals on a plant. |

Living Textureby labudsComment: Excellent use of texture for this challenge. If this is a snake, what kind? |

Dog Noseby qwerty_314Comment: I'm not a real big fan of dog nose type photos - but you did a great job with this one. The composition is good, lighting is good and great use of b/w. This shot, imo, really does fit the challenge in that I can see the texture of his nose and the fur seems very soft in this image. Well done. :-) |

Peekabooby scalvertComment: A great kid shot, and I'd love to have this framed if this were my child. |

End of winter on a roof...by RebTheRebelComment: There is very little interest in this photo. The majority of the shot is out of focus due to a shallow dof. I'm not really sure what it is I'm supposed to be looking at. |

AAHH..Nutsby tfarrell23Comment: These definately have a lot of texture. I wonder how it would look if the frame was filled with the nuts. |

The Anger Builds Upby r0yalComment: This looks either overexposed or overprocessed. As such, you've lost a great deal of texture in the skin around the eye. I think your topic/focus of texture is supposed to be the color part of the eye itself, but it doesn't work too well for me. |
