Original and funny! Great idea... The photo seems a little grainy. The pillow is not as prominent because of a glare on the right side, maybe from your lighting source? Otherwise, nice shot.

Nice macro - you captured a lot of this guy's detail! I would like to see him whole, but that's the only comment I can make about this one...

Very nice shot - I like his stance in this picture. Praying Mantis is one of my favorite bugs (the only other being ladybugs) :-)

Great capture!

This is a terrific shot - and I like your title. The bee is so crisp and so clear. Nice job!

Ladybugs are one of my favorites! Each spring, Home Depot sells them in bags of a couple hundred. I always have to buy a bunch of bags so I can set them free.

Nice shot, I'm so curious what they are on. I like the capture of the one ladybug getting ready to take off.

I think this is an interesting take on a sunset picture, no sky. I like the idea of the water reflecting the colors. I agree with Bob, it looks a little too sharp and I can't tell if the lower part of the picture is wet sand or water. It does seem a little flat in interest, it needs something to bring it alive - Maybe some of the horizon? If this was taken on shore, maybe a bird. The colors of that sunset seem to be very brialliant - looks like it might have been a magical moment. Good job on a first attempt - I'd love to see the progress if you keep trying this type of shot.

This is a very cool subject. I have never seen anything like it! Framing may be slightly off, I'd like the overall shot better if I could see the second ant's head. Excellent Macro... good job!
