The lighting is good, but the shadow across the mom's hair is making me crazy. Not sure what you could have done about it..
I'd like to have better focus on the child's face.

well, maestro.. what are you conducting? light? life? are you the image of God creating Adam? So much can be read into this image. I am sure others have their interpretation - but that is what elevates an image above the rest.
Lighting is nice as it almost sillouettes, but then also shows the features of musculature nicely. I have seen that tatoo before in another challenge! LOL
So, I have 2 guesses as to who the photog is. I will see after the challenge :P

nice clear shot.. the pose and lighting accentuates her muscle tone. I'd have liked to see something done about her bikini line in order to make the tones of the skin congruent.

I pretty much like everything about this image.. technical and subjective..
I don't like how her right foot doesn't touch the border like the left one does, and I think she should have removed her ring(s). The body position creates neat geometrics. overall good work.

Very interesting subject. Very artsy/appealing!
I think the lighting is okay.. though a bit flat, and the focus could be sharper. The toes seems to be lost in the floor drop - maybe not.. that is minor though.
Overall good work!
