The stem on the left is in better focus than the tomato, leading the eye in that direction. The tomato, too has too much shadow.

The sweep of the bloom from the stem up to the pistil would make a nice diagonal had it ended closer to the upper right corner. Excellent use of DOF, however, the empty greem area on the right bottom is too much for my taste. Nice colors and subject.
