Initial=nice image. I like the starburst effect on the bridge lights and the arching colors under the bridge.

Clarity (focus, details)=fairly sharp. A little less into the distance...
Exposure=good

Composition=I wonder if a different crop given the parameters required would have allowed for the left side cut off windows to be excluded... The tea sets look ghostly. :)

Otherwise a nice image.. Nice blues in the sky with puffy clouds. Windmill details stand out against the similar background color... foreground ship lead eye to the windmill.

Composition=the rock in the foreground centered like that troubles me a bit, but it isn't overwhelming. I may have wanted to wait for that sail boat to get behind the spray (caught beautifully btw), or have it appear to the right of it instead.
