Misty Morningby jodiecostonComment: Love the duotone and the slight rose tint in the upper right. Hard to tell if you applied a soft focus of if it was passed through Neat Image a bit too much. I think the latter after closer inspection of the tree leaves as they feel overprocessed to me and/or out of focus. That's too bad because had the leaves been in focus and not as processed, I probably would have given this a 10. 6 |

MAIDby DrJOnesComment: Great shot, DrJOnes! Or at least it looks like oone you would enter. Love the DOF although nt very shallow but I like it. It shows items you'd find in a house like the bar. Would have been really good if the maid had a feather duster. Great skin tones and even lighting. 9 |

Soft evening light on Loch Arkletby geewhyComment: The volumetric lighting is very nice and very subtle. However, I see lots of noise in the shadow area just below the stream of light and maybe even in the grassy area. Or maybe it was just overprocessed in Neat Image. 5 |

Rachelby dsa157Comment: Very nice portrait study. Excellent details and lighting is also very nice but maybe a bit bright on her forehead. Would like to see a bit more contrast. 7 |

Red Dragonby JackoComment: Great insect macro study. I think I would have liked to see more details of the dragonfly in sharp focus rather than shallow DOF. That works fine for the flower but not for the dragonfly, imo. Maybe you wanted to force the viewer to look at the head only. 7 |

Water Bearing Through Timeby labudsComment: Nice stop action shot freezing the water drops. The smooth texture of the statue looks like it was processed through Neat Image but I'm probably wrong as marble tends to have that texture. Colors and contrast are excellent. 9 |

Granite Totemsby rcrawfordComment: I can almost see the totem poles that could be formed out of these rock "shapes" (for lack of a better word). Contrast is good and I love the deep blue of the sky. It feels a bit oversharpened, however. 7 |

In the Fangs of Shadowby librodoComment: This is amazing. Love the sharp contrast that forces you to look at the boy's face with just a hint of his ear. The DOF that blurs his hand is also a nice touch. 10 |

The Guitaristby timj351Comment: This shot has a photojournalistic feel with the added noise. I think it would have been better if the noise was a bit smoother in appearance. 7 |

Awakeningby kirbicComment: I think this would have been much much better if the road was cropped out right up to the fog. Otherwise, great shot with lovely tones and the color of the sky is impressive. 7 |
