Seems like it could use a slight rotational nudge clockwise. I love the colours and reflections, maybe play with a saturation layer in Photoshop to see if you can reduce the banding around the sun.

I agree with Josh....I like the reflections quite a bit, but that border seems a little overbearing. Have you tried this in B&W?

Hi guys! I dunno how I missed these comments, but thanks! No, straight flash, Paul...I did use one of those Lumiquest Softboxes, though. They're terrific at softening the flash a bit.
