Not sure if the rocks in the foreground add or detract. Excellent use of color - excellent capture of stars, red in clounds and almost matching blue of sky & bridge.

The streaks in the sky actually detract from the photo - even though it is a nice effect. It is almost like two picture put together. Excellent lighting on land.

Very nice shot. Excellent color, and lights on the water. May have been better to tighten the frame a bit - just left of red light on left and just left of red light on right.

This image doesn't do what you intended. Without the caption, one would never guess you were looking down. I do light the contrast of red / black.
