Not a bad idea, but you have some problems with quality here - there are compression artifacts, chromatic aberations, and pixelation that seriously detract from the overall image quality.

I like the idea but the perspective is a little disorienting - I think including some of the ground would help. Very nice color and texture, and I really like the idea of the VP from below.

Day 5: Sorcha's Obsession

Oh, this is great! I really like high-key B&W (just see my symmetry submission!). The motion blur on the cat (who's quite the charmer, BTW) along with that of the water gives a really dynamic feel, and I agree that the tilt, if anything, adds to that rather than detracting.

My only suggestion - you could lose the soap puff!

Day 8: Mailboxes

This is a great shot. Nice patterns and textures. Abstract and mundane at the same time. I particularly like the vertical "brushed metal" texture on the doors.

Did you consider correcting the perspective so everything would be parallel? It's off by just a skosh, which is distracting to me.

Congrats on the final! I just finished my last one. Did it go well? Meh. Do I care? Nope.
