Hmm... I'll be interested to see whether this stands up to validation; if so it would be a remarkable shot to get! If it's legal please post how you did it.

Even if it passes, though, it feels very "photoshoppy"; the burn marks on the hand, the water, all look like they were added later, which I find distracting from the concept. I do like the concept...

In my opinion this pic would be greatly improved without the boat in the background (though it's a pretty one, and probably should be photographed as well!), and if the camera were closer to the water. A little curves adjuestment might be good, too - I feel like the blacks are a little washed out, particularly in the wetsuit.
