Tools of the tradeby ChezComment: I really like this idea. My biggest problem is it's too dark. Possilby a brighter colored stocking/garter combination could liven it up as well. 6 |

Untitledby JBosieComment: there's a story here, but it's too difficult to see based on the way the shot is framed. |

In The Mix by scab-labComment: Shame on you for not using real Snapple(TM)! As we all know Snapple(TM) does not have any blue products! Your obvious attempts to sway the voters should earn you a DQ! ;) (Well you did say you wondered when someone was going to comment like that...:))
Great shot, and a well earned ribbon!

Lemon: from primary to secondary color. Naturally.by deadbrainComment: Greetings from Critique Club!
Dude, we need to discuss fridge cleaning and hygeine. ;) That said, nice sharp image, and I like the detail on the mold. I also like the yellow background, which helps emphasize the original color of the lemon. The image does provoke an emotional reaction- as evidenced by the other comments you have recieved. I think stronger lighting might have upped the color saturation a bit on the wall, making the image pop out a bit more. Nice idea! |

Spectra Glassesby nathaliedooComment: Greetings from critique club!
First thing that catches my attention is the starburst reflections. I like the angle you have the glasses at. I also like the reflections you captured in the lenses. Very nice DOF, and good colors! I agree that this is probably better suited for the Secondary Colors challenge, but by now you probably know that. :) Nice job. |

pacific skiesby lmhrComment: greetings from the critique club!
The first thing that strikes me in these images is the color. As pointed out by others, I think some space between the images would help greatly. |

Daisy - Want a Bone?by DrakeComment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
This is a beautiful dog and a promising idea. I like the way you tell a story in the image. I think some changes to lighting on this would really improve the overall feel and tone of the images. A darker mat behind the images would also possibly help draw the viewer into the image.
Keep shooting!

What's under the hood?by WILDBLUEComment: Greetings from CC Land!
The fact that this particular image doesn't fit this challenge aside, I like what you did here. I like the way you can see the engine under the hood, but not quite see the engine under the hood. I also like the refelctions that frame the engine.
I find the starburst effect distracting on the hood. The car showing to the left also adds a distracting element.
Very well done Photoshop job, and you also had good images to work with.
