Aww man! I just missed this. I had to go in to work. Looks like a great kite festival. The sky is junk, but can't be helped. I like the central placement of the man looking up, and the overall feel of confetti in the sky.

I think I recognize this shot. I have one strangly similar. ;) Excellent sky, I love the subtle graduated color. Nice motion blur on the cars as well. Gets the sense of a busy night in DC. Shame that the USPS can't get that stretch of the mall looking nicer though. Might be worth cropping in a bit on the ground so you cant see the dirt spots. Then again, maybe not. :) The important question- where's the bottle? ;) 8

Hmm, bright midday sun, no interesting shadows, and no feeling of depth to the building. Interesting composition though. I'd advocate for a later in the day reshoot. Or an earlier in the day reshoot.
