I think I recognize this shot. I have one strangly similar. ;) Excellent sky, I love the subtle graduated color. Nice motion blur on the cars as well. Gets the sense of a busy night in DC. Shame that the USPS can't get that stretch of the mall looking nicer though. Might be worth cropping in a bit on the ground so you cant see the dirt spots. Then again, maybe not. :) The important question- where's the bottle? ;) 8

Good sunset shot of the monument. Wonder what it would have looked like if you had placed the monument offcenter... Still, a good one.
