seems like sharpening has made the out-of-focus pins unrealistic, edges too sharp for objects out of focus. Also the metal would be nice to see.

The idea with the glasses on top of a book is getting rather tired. Great execution though, and a nice sepia feel to it. 6

Way too much sharpening, you can see a halo around the berries. Nice subject, and nice DOF. Although it looks a bit like you made the shallow DOF with gaussian blur, rather than using photographic ways. Overall good

Well this didn't go well... I can understand the "where is the hot" comments, it's not obvious if you werent there. Actually the stream was a bit hot and the steam froze on the near by grass and plants.

Maybe the outtakes clear things up: Frozen surroundings of the hot stream

I think you should have finished higher, great idea to skip the actual "subject", but clearly indicating it's presence in such a beautiful way. I think it's super.
