Silky smooth and shapelyby scotthadlComment: The backlight and dark background are great, but there's too much going on with the cobweb, the different orientations, some bunched up and some staggered. |

Womanby NatashaComment: Good idea, but the contrast is too high. You'd lost almost all texture in the flower and the highlight in her hair, and her dress is lost in the background. Also would have preferred a little space above her head. |

Tranquil Blueby TlemetryComment: Great concept, but with such a simple abstract you have to be extra careful of noise (there's quite a bit near the top) and over-sharpening (around the stick) |

Silky smooth as in a tie, or were you thinking something else?by MuppetComment: Good idea and the pose works well too, but the harsh shadows on the wall ruin the effect for me. If you use on-camera flash for portraits like this then you have to either light the background separately (do drown the shadows) or have the model stand so far in front of the background that the flash doesn't reach. |

Alpaca Schnozby zymaraComment: Great idea and very tidy capture, but frame is way too distrcting |

Smooth All Overby EvetsStneerComment: The over-the-shoulder look works very well for her, but I'd have liked it even more if she had lowered her shoulder just enough to not overlap her chin. |

The Beast Withinby krnodilComment: A great idea and well captured, but using the same image twice is a slightly "cheap" way to create a triptych |
