Day 06 - Cloveby hajekaComment: I can't belive you went through the trouble of setting some lighting at that hour to get this shot - now THAT'S dedication to a side challenge. The textures are nice and make it look like an old branch. |

Day 7by EstimatedEyesComment: Just wonderful colors and the composition makes me feel as though I am peering in another world. Going into my favorites! |

Day 9: Fleur de Selby EstimatedEyesComment: Never seen such a dark red salt. I have himalayan salt at home, which is pink and that's as close as I've come to see something similar. You must have been really close, above 1:1 IMO, to get such big crystals. I know Camargue is so tiny, it looks like flakes. Great macro. |

Day 4by EstimatedEyesComment: Excellent composition and shaprness for a handheld shot. You could do surgery with a steady hold like this - with some medical background of course ;) |

Sproutby ShutterPugComment: Another really successful combination of blue and brown. |

..by ShutterPugComment: A little soft on the focus and the twig in foreground really takes too much visual space. But you should go back. This plant has potential and some awesome textures. |

Survivorby ShutterPugComment: Good composition and focus but it's really the colors that attracted me first. I think the blue you manage to get in the BG really enhances the colors of the leaf and twigs. |

Melt the Macroby ShutterPugComment: You're really playing with fire with your equipment ;) The details are suprisingly sharp in the top right corner but seem soft on the other side of the image. Maybe it's a combination of short DOF and shooting position. Thanks for risking this shot! |

Dirty boyby ShutterPugComment: He looks ferocious but I'm sure he is rather small! His expression is priceless, like he's saying: OK, bring it on! The natural light and bokeh are also really nice. |

the nose knowsby ShutterPugComment: This is so sharp! Funny how I have 2 cats and never noticed their nose looked like leather... A really great macro in my definition, as it makes us see something we'd never notice otherwise. |
