Good expression, nicely out-of-focus background. I feel the focus point is just a shade off - it needs to be smack on the eyes and it is on the tip of the nose.

For me there is a loss of detail around the bridge of the nose and on the forehead where the highlights have just washed out - a pity because the lower part of the face has nice high-key detail in the skin.

More contrast would add a bit of punch to the shot? The blacks are very light as it is.

I feel the fiddler is a little lost with so many other people and the busy background - if he had been looking towards the camera it might have helped. Perhaps the shot here is from knee level where the group of people are on the left - looking up at the fiddler to catch his face with the case and money in the foreground?
