The Blondes And Iby ColeyComment: Nice. I like the composition, leading my eye like a spiral through the picture to the 'I' Lighting and b/w conversion are fine, but why does the 'I' person look so sad? Can I make you smile with a high score? (8) |

Delightsomeby william88Comment: cute, nice symmetry, great colors and lovely soft background. Too bad you cropped of a hand and the faces are shaded. (7) |

Happy T(h)ree Friendsby fitz3000Comment: Nice composition, but would have been stronger if cropped square imo. Furthermore, a big part of your pic is blown out. This can in some case be functional, but here it destroys the form of the faces, which I wouldn't like to see in a portrait (4) |

Lucky manby sunnyazComment: Funny pic, but I am not too fond of the harsh lighting. (5) |

The White Familyby Shea927Comment: I like it. Nice intimite group composition and subtle blur in the background. Bit of a pitty that the background is so much lighter than your subjects, why did you put them in the shade? (6) |

playing familieby HeidieComment: Fun group portrait. You might have taken an even lower(or closer) camera position to get rid of the distubring background. And to be honest, I think sepia sucks in general and it sucks even more in this pic, as it is totaly misplaced in the fairly modern context of the picture. (5) |

Down the Rabbit Holeby doc_gonzoComment: Nice. The round shape gives depth to the picture and the facial expressions are posed but still natural. Well executed b/w conversion too, with good contrast. (7) |

Kids Never Slow Downby zefram47Comment: I don't like this picture. It combines very dark spots with overly bright ones and motion blur is so strong that it's hard to recognize anything the kids do. In this case you might have used a rear curtain flash to freeze a part of the scene. What also bothers me is that I do not see a (recognizable) group or anyone being portrayed. I can not realy see how this fits in the challenge. (4) |

Power-Chicksby DonOlsenComment: Nice group portrait. Good theme and consisten execution. The overall lighting is not very balanced, and I think the picture is cropped too tight on the left. Furthermore, the picture is a bit soft. Despite these points, it is still a good one (7) |
