"Free as a Bird"by cheekymunkyComment: There's a suspicion provoked here - partly because of the nature of DPC - that it's highly unlikely that this bird is free. I'm not sure there isn't a certain sense of despair imparted by that face, anyway, which makes for an intriguing debate about real or imagined expressions in animals. Perhaps, a real expression of freedom would entail the inclusion of some kind of environment for the creature? |

I'll Pray and Pray More Each Day (Mr. Moonlight)by DeniseBernadetteComment: The luminosity/glow effect thing works very well for the sunlit grass, and perhaps for the sky between the leaves of the trees, but it seems to have had an odd effect on the pointing of that paving too. That light, and the sky visible, do not seem to belong to the same world, to my eye. |

Please Please Meby gotrondComment: Whoa, strange electric baby. Kind of fun shot, though i think i would personally have been unhappy with that half-cropped eye. Knockout light though. |

"Something"by bucketComment: Like this - her odrinary non-ordinariness is intriguing. Theres's a mystery to that bag, too. |

Help !by ivanamaticComment: Made me smile, so points to you. It's the position of his/her arms that does it - clever photography. Perhaps a touch fierce on the sharpening, but who cares that much? (well, the technical obsessives might ...) |

Mother Nature's Sonby elemessComment: Nature? Don't see that at all - I see a child of chemically enhanced toys, clothes printing and fabrics. Nice family portrait though - has character. |
