too dark in the area of her mouth, and her white shirt is completely blown out

This is a wonderful interpretation of one of my favorites. I think you have captured the essence of this song with this pic. Technically, the face is a bit too shadowed and the shirt is overexposed, but if those items could have been adjusted at the time of the shot with maybe a different light or a filter to even out the highlights and darks, this would have been a hard one to beat.

Nice portrait, if only you'd kept those highlights more under control. I get more of a sense of detail around her arm than her face, which is a shame also.
