Hey Baby, Don't Go...I've Got Money!by J-MeComment: Originally posted by smardaz: Originally posted by PhotoInterest: The way that I see it is that no matter what I do, my scores are going to be low (there's also a lot of inconsistent and whacky voting going on in here lately) |
are you serious with this statement? Your top 3 challenge entries are all above 6. Do you know how many people on this site would love to say that? Is this some false modesty or were you just saying that tongue-in-cheek? |
Tongue In Cheek....just like my entry! :P |

Good, Clean Moneyby colorcarnivalComment: Hey.....go get that lottery ticket! LOL A 6+ Score and a new president all in the same night.
Congrats on a great shot! Really clear and well done.
(I was waiting to see one of your famous "clothes line and pins" shots....calling it "Laundering Money". *wink*) |

Abandoned Dollby huab_yangComment: Love the idea of the little girl off in the distance in DOF and the focus on the toy in the foreground, contrasting the darkened background. Very nicely done. In my personal opinion, this says more, "dropped" than abandoned...keep thinking this child will return to get it and has just run off in haste. |

The Return Of The Forsakenby ColeyComment: Very deep meaning to this shot by comparison to just the building, itself....although, that would have done quite nicely too. |

Dateline, Old Town: "The Lines Lead Away As Market Sags"by 777STANComment: I like the concept to this and the angle, in artsy terms could represent a crumbling building so, nice deep thinking here in this shot. Not sure, given my own experiences that it's going to go over well with DPC voters though. :( I like it though. I see the value in it, even to the overprocessing to it! |
