This just really captures this dog's essence/spirit! I really love the shadows and contrasts. I'm sure that you're going to get comments about it being softer focus, or not enough contrast etc.. but I really think you have a fabulous capture!!! It emotes something from the viewer and in my mind...worthy of a 9!

Not quite sure on how you did this ie: whether you're just fabulous with capturing action or, there's a lot of editing done here but, this really is a fabulous shot! The only thing that has me wondering is the idea that there's no trace of a shadow or reflection beneath the main subject...hmmmm...has me thinking! *smile* Can't wait to find out how you did this. Hats off to you if you are this wonderful at capturing action with this low a light and in that exact position!!!! I love this shot. 8
