This is such a cute gal! I like the pose and expression, too. You may want to experiment with adding some contrast, or fiddling with your mid-tone levels to add some richness to the shot. Good luck!

This is a cute pose! It might improve the shot to get rid of the flash and instead take these two wonderful boys outside under an overcast sky--or use the flas outside where it won't cast that shadow on the wall. Good luck!

Can you respond to this, please? :)

The clouds are blurry from a combo of NeatImage, median, and gaussian blur and various degrees of sharpening after each one. All the blurring tools were used at very low "power." I had to have the sky on a different layer so I could work on it. I also used Unsharp Mask at a large pixel radius and low percentage to add contrast and bring out more texture. I converted to b/w using the channel mixer, which of course created some noise, so these various tools were used to simply rid the sky of noise and enhance the lacy texture of the clouds.

Hi Steve! It looks like you got some good comments! You may want to straighten your horizon (or make it more tilted, if you're going for that effect). I like the positioning of the foggy sun just to the right of the barb. You may be able to play with colors to see if you can eek more drama into the shot. Nice work, though!

Lovely, soft image. The softness works here. I love the atmosphere, too, created by the bokeh effect.
